Welcome to the Auburn Lakes Condominium Association website!

Auburn Lakes is an 80 unit condominium complex located in peaceful Venice, Florida. The Gulf of Mexico is a short 10 minute drive or can be easily biked. Venice Beach is well known for its soft beach sand and shark tooth hunting during leisure strolls. Auburn Lakes condos are conveniently located off of I-75 at the Jacaranda exit with all of life's amenities within short distances. Morning health walks and golfing are dominant activities of our residents. Wildlife is plentiful and we are blessed with a bird rookery on the North Pond.

The complex features a clubhouse with gym and large facility for social gatherings or a quiet change of pace during weekend mornings. The heated outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi are well maintained and are a regular social meeting area.

A Venice high point is area dining. As one would expect with the Venice name, there are incredible Italian restaurants in close proximity along with gulf seafood eateries, Irish pubs, sport bars and Asian cuisines. All are located within a few minutes drive from our complex. If shopping is your fancy, then just cross over the bridge to Venice island for a host of shops including some of the best ice cream and gelato in Florida.

Traveling to/from Venice via air is straightforward with three airports within an hour's drive. Sarasota, Tampa and Ft. Myers airports offer access to all the major airlines. Orlando's tourist attractions are only a two hour drive.

Landscaping Updates; Preparing for 2018 Power Washing!

The Board is moving forward with ongoing improvement projects including more LED security light conversions. Power washing the entire complex is planned for September. Before power washing, BeachTree Landscaping will improve certain areas that easily accumulate mold on sidewalks. The area in front of Building 200 and left side of Building 2400 will see landscaping improvements in early May. Your patience and understanding is appreciate as the landscaping work is accomplished.

Effective May 2, Royal Pool will assume responsibility, on a turnkey basis, to manage pool facilities and keep all equipment in proper working order.

Thank you to all owners and residents for observing the 10 mph speed limit signs. Slow traffic in our complex is beautiful and safe.

Board of Directors Meetings

Minutes for the unapproved March 26, 2018 Board of Directors meeting are posted at the Board of Directors link. They still require approval at the next Board meeting.

The next Board of Directors meeting is presently unscheduled due to difficulties with matching board member schedules. When the next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled, the agenda will be posted at the website and sign-posts three days in advance of meeting.
